At EEW we understand that from time to time you may not be entirely happy with the items that you have received Our Returns policy is simple, we will accept returns in the following events where 

Goods are no longer required
(if returned within 7 days of dispatch)The product must be in its original packaging and in a re-salable condition.

Faulty goods
(if returned within the manufacturer's warranty period). The product will be subject to inspection upon return to our store. A replacement product may be sent to you or we will issue you with a full refund. This decision is solely at the discretion of EEW

Incorrect goods supplied
If we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods and the goods are returned to us within 7 days of dispatch.

Goods damaged in transit
(if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods). NOTE: all returns must be accompanied by a returns authorization number.
